‍ SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

‍ Thank you for supporting independent art. Because original artwork requires specialized handling and care, please review our specific shipping and return guidelines before placing your order.

‍ 1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

‍Processing Time: Original art pieces are securely packed and shipped within 3 business days of your purchase.

  • Shipping Carriers: Original artwork is shipped within the United States using a tracked shipping service appropriate for the artwork and destination.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately after your package ships so you can monitor its progress.

  • Signature Requirements: Original artwork valued over $200 will require a signature upon delivery.

‍ 2. PACKAGING & ART INSURANCE‍ ‍

  • Packing: All artwork is wrapped in moisture-resistant barriers with protective cushioning materials to prevent  damage during transit.

  • Shipping Insurance: Every original art shipment is fully insured for its total purchase price.

‍ 3. DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT
We take precautions to protect your art, but accidents can happen during transport.‍ ‍

  • Inspection: Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival.

  • Reporting Damage: If the artwork or packaging arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at WhiteTrilliumMary@gmail.com.

  • Required Documentation: If the artwork is damaged, you must provide clear digital photos of the damaged artwork and packaging, including the shipping label, so that we can file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Packaging and Shipping Materials: You must retain all original packaging and shipping materials until the claim has been resolved.

‍ 4.  RETURNS & EXCHANGES‍ ‍

  • Original Artwork Sales: Because original artwork is individually created, all sales of original artwork are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

  • Color Accuracy: Please note that artwork colors may vary slightly in person compared to how they appear on individual digital screens or mobile devices due to monitor calibrations.‍

  • Material Variation: Because longleaf pine needles, fossils, and semiprecious gemstones are natural materials, variations in colour, texture, pattern, and other natural characteristics are to be expected. These variations are part of what makes each original artwork unique. Gemstone and fossil identifications are based on information provided by our suppliers.

  • Improper handling or storage by buyer: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for artwork that has suffered structural damage, mold, or discoloration due to moisture exposure or improper storage by the buyer.‍ ‍ ‍

5. CANCELLATIONS‍ ‍

  • Window for Cancellation: To request a cancellation, email us within 24 hours of purchase at WhiteTrilliumMary@gmail.com with your order number, provided the artwork has not already been packaged and shipped.

‍6. SHIPPING DESTINATION

  • White Trillium Studio ships original artwork within the United States.

7. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

8. ADDRESS ERRORS

  • ‍ ‍Incorrect Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. White Trillium Studio is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
